cant feel anything when I have sex?

so when ever me and ms SO have sex I don't really feel anything like I'm numb down there, or it really hurts during sex and after I'll get sharp pains and ill be super restlell like I have to touch it but that doesn't help at all. it's been like that since I had my first baby at 14, I'm 18 now and I'm too scared to tell him or a doctor..

I've been tested for hivs and STDs basically anything I can get tested and have been clean. does anyone know what this is or have experienced this?? tips please??
