Never thought I could
Never thought I could deliver a baby without an epidural but today I had to since the anesthesiologist was busy. Thanks to fentinol and essential oils AND my awesome sister who is a doula I did it. The ring of fire was no joke and pushing was hell but ten minutes or so and it was over. Recovery has been so much easier than with my first and I’ve had very little pain and a lot more energy.
