Lost my fitness mojo

What do you girlies do to get your mojo back? I’ve been into training for 10 years and ate healthy but also enjoyed life (odd takeaway and a few bevs) but for the last month I’ve just wanted to sack it all off and not give a shit if I gain weight and lost all the hard work I’ve been putting in.. which is what has happened! But I honestly don’t care and it really isn’t like me, because as all my life I’ve been right into my fitness and it’s been apart of me so for me I be feeling this way is very alien to me.

I know everyone goes through the patches and I have myself but never this long, any advice on how I can drag myself out of this hole? Or do I just let it run its course and relax?
