Anyone in this group with thyroid problem?

how do you get pregnant if your periods are out of wack?

My levels have been checked. They are in normal range. My periods are so crazy!

I can have a period then it could be 3 months before I have another. Then the next time I could have only 4 month after that.

I looked into Vitex. I have been using it for 7 months now. Since I have been using it I have had 32 day cycles. This month is different. I haven’t had one this month. I looked at reviews on long effects and it can cause you to have missed period if takin to long.

My question is what can I take to make my periods back to 32 days again?
