How long before sex do i need to use Preseed?

This is my first month using Preseed so I've still got questions. Does it matter if I inject it right before we have sec or do I need to inject it and wait a little bit? Any Additional Advice To Help Concerned Is Welcome!

I think the instructions say 15 min but you don't have to wait.

I wait 10 mins so that it can warm up. Hubs don't like it cold

You don’t really have to wait but I found it felt more natural when I inserted it about 15 minutes before hand.
