Hi ladies! So my boyfriend of almost three years and I have decided that we would like to have sex when we go on this little vacation together later this summer.

We’re both in college and are both virgins. We have experience fooling around with each other, but that’s all. I need some advice!

First off, condoms and lube. How the heck do we choose? Obviously not going for anything special like robbed or anything like that. But I’ve heard that lubricant can have an affect on some condoms? And what lube is best in your own opinion?

Secondly, positions. We know there are different positions, and that missionary is the most common especially for the first time. However, would you really recommend it for the first time or something else? I kind of think it might be easier if I had more control over it but I’m honestly not sure, so I definitely need some insight!

Thirdly, we’re both obviously nervous because neither of us have experience. We both trust and love each other fully, but is there anything we could do to not be so nervous over it? We’re already prepared for it to be awkward so that’s not an issue.

Fourth, I just need some advice in general! What can I possibly do to not end up super sore and bleeding? I’ve heard stories about some girls being too sore to hardly move for a while afterwards! If I can avoid that I will! Any advice on how to make it more enjoyable for myself and hopefully less painful?

Also, how do we try our best to make sure the condom doesn’t have a tear in it or will break? We want to be extremely careful as we’re both college students and don’t want me to get pregnant. I’m also on birth control pills and I take them every night around the same time the latest is 1hr late. So any advice for the condoms?

Finally, what all do you wish you knew before having sex for the first time? I know I love my boyfriend with all my heart! I’m extremely comfortable around him and he is around me as well! I know a lot of people have stories about how they wish they were more comfortable with the other person, but what other things do you wish you knew?

He doesn’t actually have anyone to talk to over this as most of his close friends are virgins and neither of us are really up to talking to family about this 😅.
