Diarrhea and pregnancy

Okay this is something I normally don’t talk about but I don’t know if I should be worried and not. I’m 8weeks and 5 days.

So this evening I went to the washroom and had half soft half diarrhea. When I wiped there was some pink blood on the toilet paper with my poop. Should I be worried about this? It kinda felt like I had a pimple or something on my butt when I wiped. Could it be that I wiped too hard?
