TTC for almost 7 months now

still nothing. i know that the problem is with me because my live in partner had a child with his ex. (no i wasnt the reason why they broke up. the girl cheated on him) im 21 yrs old. even my 4 yr ex tried to impregnate me but nothing. i thought the problem was with him but now he has a son with his new girl.
