Sharp rib pain

I couldn’t get comfortable last night until I hiked my leg all the way up with a few pillows under it. I fell asleep and when I went to roll over noticed a sharp pain in my right rib cage. Just below my boob. I moved my leg down thinking maybe that caused it cause my leg was too high or something? 🤷🏼‍♀️ I sat up and the sharp pain traveled to the middle and some of my back. I immediately laid back down and my boyfriend rubbed my rib and it went away. I was in tears cause it was so sharp. Was this just stretching or could I have hurt my baby from my leg being to high? I felt baby kicking a few times in my lower stomach.
