Should I lose weight ?

I’m 5’5 and about 120 ....is this a good weight for me .....I am currently recovering from anorexia and now I’m fully weight restored but I feel bad in my body

You do NOT need to lose weight and it would be perfectly fine if you even continued to gain.
Everyone carries their weight differently and can be healthy in a wide range of weight since it’s INDIVIDUAL BODY COMPOSITION that matters.

Don't worry about what the scale says.  Work on feeling good in your clothes and loving what you see in the mirror.  You are NOT that number on the scale.  It can't tell you what type of person you are.

Just an FYI I accidentally voted 1-5 thinking it meant gain that... again what everyone is saying; don’t think about the number and work on a healthy mind set. 1-5 pounds gained would not even be bad!

Don't lose weight that's already thin. Exercise and gain some muscle if you don't like your body.
