Membrane with twins appear?

Question

When did your membrane pop up on the ultrasound? 
As of now, I am mono/mono. No sight of membrane but I go to the MFM specialist in 2 weeks when I’m 13 weeks. Last ultrasound I was 9 weeks with no visible membrane and ultrasound tech said they looked “really close to each other still with no membrane separating them”
Note—-mine are 100% identical twins

It won’t just appear. It can be missed if it’s very thin.

We had our first ultrasound last week at 10 weeks.  They couldn’t find a membrane with regular ultrasound but then did a vaginal ultrasound and found it immediately. It gave a much clearer picture!

They were able to determine if they shared a placenta and everything with the vaginal ultrasound.   Hopefully they can find the separate sacks for you soon!

I think there should be 1 by now. I saw very defined membrane at just 6 weeks and again at 9 weeks. with my frat twins

First of all congrats!!! I'm having MoDi girls, and they are due November 14. My first scan they could not tell if they were going to stay mo/mo or if the membrane was just too thin to see. So when I went back at my 10 week scan they found it 😊. Did they find one yet?!!

Having di/di twin and at 6 weeks we knew right away the type of twins we were having

These are my di/di twins at 7 weeks but the membrane was easily visible at 6+3.
