What did I do to deserve this 😓😓

Yesterday I started bleeding, spotting at first then it turned into the whole shabang bleeding cramping and clots😓 I am loosing my little bundle of joy at 6 weeks, I done another test today and it still says I'm pregnant my heart is breaking into 2 😓😓this is my second miscarriage. June 2016 I lost my first now June 2018 😓 please god what did I do to deserve this 😫😫😫😫😫
