Dog help??

Anyone have any idea why a house broken dog would all of a sudden start going 💩 in the house? My male dog is over 2yrs old and has been completely potty broke since he was 5-6 months old, he never has had accidents or anything in the house since then. He started pooping in the house at night the last 5 days and sometimes during the day also. Really tired of cleaning up poop when it seems like he’s doing it on purpose! I made him sleep in his cage last night and he didn’t do it.. but when I let him out this morning he came back in and pooped again in the house. Any advice? He’s supposed to be a cane corso/pit mix. Not 100% sure on that tho! And also no change in dog food or daily activities.
