What days should I have sex?

What days should I have sex to guarantee higher chance of conception? This will be my 4th month of trying.

I had my period March 14th. Randomly had sex 2 times once right before glow said I was fertile and 1 time right after glow said I was fertile.  I am currently 14 weeks and 3 days pregnant.  Confusing right? So I have no idea what is right and what is wrong

Every other day during fertile period. Too often, lower sperm count. Not enough, some sperm die while waiting around. You’re most fertile the day before ovulation, so definitely try that day. Use OPKs to pinpoint it.
