Any Advice?

So I love my boyfriend with all my heart I really do. But he doesn't give me the attention that I truly need and he's always gone or on his phone. I confronted him about all of it and he just either gets mad at me or all he said is that he's sorry. I want to trust him but recently I just cant. I am so faithful. There is this guy that I work him that I'm starting to have feelings for and I know it's wrong that's why I haven't done anything with him. But he just melts my heart and he gives me the attention I need. I love my boyfriend so much that it is killing me. Any advice on what I should do?
