SERIOUSLY NEED HELP

For the last week I have been cramping for around 10/20 seconds and then they go away so I expected my period to turn up.... However it hasn't yesterday me and my partner had sex and I bled quite a fair bit and then nothing else for the rest of the day or today. My boobs hurt I'm insanely tired continuously getting headaches and obviously the cramping. I haven't yet taken a test for the fear of what the result will be. My periods are always on time and the longest they've been late is 3 days so this is brand new to me
