Getting Back on Track - Day 1

Hello Ladies,

Back in March I finally got a gym membership and fell in love with it. I have a psychical disability, so I wasn’t expecting to like lifting weights but I did.

Recently, I got a new job in my dream industry (film) and stopped going to the gym due to working long hours and consistently raiding the snack cupboard at work.

My doctor says that because of my disability getting fit would be the best thing for me. So, I’m going to be posting on here to keep myself accountable.

I’m 4’10 and weigh 125 pounds. My doctor says to start I should aim for 112.

I’m excited to get back to treating my body the way it deserves, and I’m looking forward to feeling good again!
