How to move on in a healthy way?

I am going through a break up. I know I have to move on and it's easier said than done. But does moving on always entail being with someone else so soon? I am trying to heal and deal with the drama from my last relationship and I am not ready to date right now. When I am in love it takes me a long time to get over someone because I am so invested. I also don't see dating or sleeping with someone as a way to get over my ex. What are some healthy ways I can move on without seeing someone new ?
