Cramps or IBS?

I’m 11 and have been diagnosed with IBS since I was 8. I have several period apps because I have only had 2 cycles so far and want to see which one works best. One app says I’m supposed to start in 2 days, and one says I’m supposed to start Wednesday. I’ve had BAD stomach pain for a few days. Is it IBS or cramps?

Could be a little mix of both. I definitely experience my IBS symptoms on top of cramps. Anxiety does play a role, so I wouldn’t stress too much about it because either way you’re okay.

The way I tell the difference between ibs cramps and period cramps is I  lie Down on my back and poke around my stomach. If just my lower stomach uterus area hurts its period cramps. If i get sharp pains where i touch all around i stomach it's ibs.
