Needing answers!!

Okay so a little confused right now. I am 1 day past ovulation and my discharge is cloudy but feels like lotion, I felt my cervix and it is very low and firm but very open! Can fit the tip of my finger inside. I’m wondering what this is meaning? Or if my ovulation some what failed? I’m tracking it by this glow app but could it be wrong? I’ve tried researching but it’s all coming back with different things. Is it too early after ovulation for anything to change down there?

Edit- I know it too early for any signs and I know it’s got nothing todo with pregnancy etc, but I’m wondering what it means for my cervix and discharge to be like that?
