Eye pain and bloody noses. HELP

Thursday night I started having some right eye pain. Felt like I had something in the corner of my eye but couldn’t see anything. Woke up the next morning and it was even worse so I went to the eye doctor. He says it is just sinus pressure pressuring pushing on my eye socket. Told me to take Claritin and sent me on my way. I have had chronic sinusitis and two sinus surgeries so I know sinus infections. This one is confusing me. Typically with my sinus infections the pain is on both sides, not just one and I have constant overall headaches as well as congestion. This time pain is one sided and is focused on the eye and tonight it has spread to a full headache on my right side that won’t let me sleep. I have had some mild congestion and MANY bloody noses for awhile now. The bloody noses are far more annoying than the congestion. I feel like I need to blow my nose and no matter how gentle I am I get a bloody nose and not much else 65% of the time. Tried saline rinses and they dislodge the blood clots and trigger more bloody noses. Steam isn’t helping, Tylenol is a joke, Claritin has done nothing and now my vision in my right eye is getting blurry. Should I call my OB or go to the after hours clinic at my doctors tomorrow? My ENT isn’t open until Monday and with the pain increasing so quickly it is concerning me as that is not my norm for my sinus infections at all. I was tested for preeclampsia last week due to confusion, spots in vision and abdominal pain but tests were negative.
