Motivation and keto tips please! I need to make a change!!!

Hey y’all. This is my first time posting or ever really reached out on anything like this. I’m nearing the end of my enlistment in the Air Force, also starting to try conceiving with my husband in the next few months, and finally coming out of a really really bad depression slump that went from winter, 2 years since my dad passed anniversary, his birthday, and surgery. I have had some big life changes. I am working a different job, my hours are better I’m less stressed, I finally got to say goodbye to my Zoloft since I have a better handle on my anxiety.

I’ve been through some tough shit the last few years and I’ve gained way more weight than I though capable for myself. I currently weigh 250lbs and I’m 5’7” I’m used to fluctuating in the 160-180 range.

I need to make a change and I need some tips on better dieting specifically keto and why you do or don’t like it. Exercising is now an option for me so I don’t need advice on that. I need advice on staying motivated and what helps you hold yourself accountable and keep going when you wanna quit. Thank you all in advance
