Missed Period Againn !!!

Last month period I was late for 4 days and previous from that my average cycle was 30 days with exercise and continue to exercise.i do have hypothyroidism since birth!.my cycle is late again I had sex about 6 times around last period around ovu and little after, yesturday I experienced pale liquidy and gooey discharge but only yesterday I’m on 5 days late today should I test or wait ir out to the full week late ?missed period day 1 started Tuesday June 19 and nothing yet !
