PRIMROSE OIL TO SOFTEN CERVIX??

I’ve read different things about taking/ inserting prim rose. How and when should you do it and did it work for you? What was your experience???

I used PrimRose starting at 36 weeks with my daughter. I inserted instead of taking them orally. Let me say this, easiest delivery EVER!! I had dilated to a 5 by my 37 week appointment and in labor for a few hours. Barely pushed at all. The doctors joked about how easy I made it look. I was also walking and doing squats to jumpstart labor. I dilated faster than I contracted. Definitely doing it again for my next. Also, no epidural was needed. And I'm a wimp when it comes to pain.

I wouldn’t do anything that would be me and baby at risk .. I know it’s close but just waiting it out .. I’ve read that primrose and castor oil works the same way I may be wrong but just wait momma baby will be here when they are ready
