I got my Mirena removed on May 11 and then had a few days of spotting, obviously because it was removed. I had my period the 8-10 right before I had it removed.

A week after that I had one day where I thought it was my period, but it only lasted a day so I considered it spotting again.

I am now 6 weeks after removal, and basically on CD 47. I did get a positive ovulation test on June 14. Getting BFN but feeling terrible and like I’m pregnant, not like AF is coming. My symptoms are sharp cramp on right side (lasts for less than a second every time), nauseous throughout the day, frequent trips for diarrhea, some congestion, headaches, and irritable at random things.

Anyone else have this happen after IUD removal? I think I’m going to see my dr tomorrow or at least see if she wants to see me.
