What method helped you get pregnant?

I’m 21 years old and I have been ttc for a year and still nothing😩 what can I do different?

Drinking alcohol. Not even kidding. I wasn’t trying.. but there was A LOT of 21st birthdays that month. When my aunt was ttc, my mom told her to take a shot when she was ovulating. It worked. She had tried for years!! took all sorts of medications and exhausted a lot of options, was about to do IVF, and my mom instructed her to clear everything out of her system. no meds for two weeks and a liver cleanse. Then she said to drink red raspberry leaf tea and take a shot of whiskey or fireball when she was ovulating. And she was knocked up with twins 😂 my mother’s theory is it increases your body’s temperature so it makes you ovulate longer. Disclaimer** my mom is not a doctor and this is not tested, and has not been proven in a lab setting. She just has 9 kids. 😱

For me, which everyone is different, but we ttc for 2 years before getting pregnant. I exercised, but not too strenuously, ate a lot of good, green, non processed foods. Took a good, natural folate prenatal. We also used preseed and this next part is tmi, but I tried to not be as stressed out about the actual sex part and tried to enjoy it too. The woman climaxing is important too (sorry, I hate sounding like a freak to a stranger, haha). We also only tried when I got a positive ovulation test, not the days leading up to it. This worked for us for my son who is now 19 months and most recently as I’m 20 weeks pregnant now. Good luck to you, I know it’s not easy!!

I started by trying to stay really hydrated and eating better. You’re basically getting your body ready to have a child and it will benefit you even if you don’t conceive. I charted insanely at first but it became more of a stress than anything so I just looked at when i was ovulating and bd as much as possible especially on that day. You got this Mama!

Second the eating healthy! You could also look into some kind of hormone regulator like maca powder. I took yellow maca (tastes better than the red or the black). It's also an energy booster which is nice!
