Ectopic surgery confused

so I had a ectopic surgery may 22nd had my right tube removed, than our next step was a follow up which was June 6th right before I went in I took a pregnancy test just to be sure it was negative and it was I am now about 5 weeks and some days past my surgery I think... but now have a positive pregnancy test, can it really be happening again? a new pregnancy.. yes I had sex a week after surgery and yes i was not using protection, I couldn't help it my hormones where crazy and I needed sex... anyways do you think this is a new pregnancy? this was taken at 8 PM today I took one at 12 noon and it was much lighter than this...

Update: this is a new pregnancy go back on Wednesday please pray this little one makes it in the right spot.
