Getting summer ready 👌
Hey guys, I’m Elena and I decided to finally join the <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> community after using the app for abt a year... Since my summer hols hv started, I’m trying to get fitter and perhaps lose some weight (especially on my thighs 🙊)
I’m currently running abt 20-30 mins 4 times a week and starting to use the Nike Training Club app to do some toning. Is this a good idea? And if anyone has any tips to tone up or just to be a work out buddy? Could really use a bit of motivation 😂
