Pregnancy symptoms?

Ovulation was at the beginning of the month. We had sex everyday. About a week after I had some cramping in my lower abdomen/ low back and very very light pink spotting. My period is now 3 days late. I took a test yesterday and it was negative. My boobs hurt and are swollen (which also happens before my period) my sense of smell is crazy intense and i am tired all the time. This morning I am having very light brown discharge but still no period. Early pregnancy? Or not?
