You shouldn’t be doing anything that you are uncomfortable with. The throwing up part, it might help if you use your hands and dont put it so far down your throat. Or what my boyfriend likes to do is have me lay on the bed with my head hanging down, and he will stand up and thrust into my mouth from there. It helps with the ga reflex
