clomid and letrozole together?

I have been trying for 5 years now without an success. My OB wrote me clomid 50mg for 5 days and letrozole 5mg for 5 days also, has anyone ever took them both together in the same cycle and it worked or should I just take one and not the other? I really need help here.

I’ve never done both in one cycle but I’ve heard of it before. I’ve done 10 straight days of clomid which was a nightmare, maybe she’s trying to spare you that. Sometimes your ovaries just need a little extra push. If it’s what your doctor has prescribed I wouldn’t go against her recommendation. If you are concerned about it or have questions just give her a call. We pay them enough, you have the right to call about concerns you may have.
