Sex after baby

This is kinda weird but I had my child in the beginning big May and I’m the 14th of this month my dr said it was ok to go back to doing what I use to do well 2days ago me and my partner tried to have a sex life again. Is it normal for it to hurt the first time and bleed a little after words
