If my boyfriend & I break up, can I still use the names we picked out together?

Not breaking up or pregnant just curious. I love the names but it’d be weird to use them with another man

My ex husband and I had boy names picked out and then only had girls.  When my fiance and I got pregnant with a son, I did not consider any of the names I had with my ex.  But if you and your partner don't think it's weird, then it would be fine.
