OPKS help need recommendations please

hi I'm 40 , we are trying for our little girl. I've been using easy@home ovulation test strips for months can't tell if they're working because we haven't gotten pregnant yet. I'm wondering does anybody recommend another brand that they know is accurate and you've gotten pregnant after using?
