Doggy style I seem to get pregnant from that and have boys 😂 changed it up this time as we tried for a girl not sure what I’m having yet so can’t comment on if it helps.lol

It doesn’t matter what position you’re in. The sperm get to where it needs to be immediately after ejaculation. Positions, lying down afterwards, holding the toilet etc all of those thing will not heighten your chances
