Finding a doctor

Hi I was wondering if anyone has any tips on finding a good doctor? I live in north east Ohio. I haven’t been to a gyno in 7 years (miscarriage). I have serious anxiety about these kinds of doctors and that didn’t help. My doctor was fantastic and I really liked him, but I’m afraid going back will bring back old memories and just make me super emotional. I really need to see someone because I’m having issues again and feel miserbal 🤦🏼‍♀️. I’ve tried looking on my insurance sight or googling doctors in my area, but it’s so hard for me to go anyway and finding a new doctor makes me have more anxiety. Should I just go to the one I saw before? He has a different office I thought about trying that. I’m divorced and everything is different and I think it will be super awkward if he remembers me 😕.
