Is my baby hitting milestones okay?

Question

He rolled from tummy to back at 4 months and only rarely does it still at 5 Months. He hasn’t rolled from back to tummy yet. He has good head control but looks down a lot when he is propped up. He cannot sit up on his own and I don’t think he is close to doing so either. 
Is this an early sign of autism? Or is this normal behavior for a 5 month old.

Some babies just take their sweet time :) my daughter rolled at 6 month for the first time! She hated tummy time! She sat up at 8 month, crawled at 10, and walked at 14 month. Now she’s 2.5 and a super fast and talkative and smart girl. No autism signs what so ever. She just took her sweet sweet time for everything :) so your might be doing the same :) now with my second baby, it’s a boy this time, I dont rush anything and don’t worry. Instead, I treasure every moment of him being a baby :)

My little girl just turned 6 months and is only just rolling, she can only roll back to front as of yet. She has just started to sit up on her own too but that has come completely out of the blue. I wouldn’t worry your little will do it all in time, my girl did this all in the space of 2 weeks so a lot can change in a short time, don’t worry❤️

My daughter sits up on her own completely but literally refuses to roll or do tummy time at all. She just puts her head down and screams, but sits up, grabs things while sitting, looks around. So I think each baby is different

My LO rolled from tummy to back around 4months a couple times then didn’t do it anymore still about a week ago and now I can’t stop her she will be 6months on the 4th and she can’t sit up on her own yet we practice everyday. So I think it double to normal just give it time.

Definitely speak to your pediatrician if you ever have concerns about your LO's development. My LO rolled over tummy to back only a handful of times when he was 2 and 3 months, he hasn't done it since. Right when he turned 5 months he rolled back to tummy. He did it for a week consistantly and now he hasn't done it since. He just doesn't feel a need to. Although he has been rolling in his sleep recently. He just started to sit up a week ago but that is fairly early. He is 5 and half months. Babies usually roll by 6 months both ways (sometimes later) so your LO still has time. Sitting unassisted usually occurs between 4 and 8 months. So your LO is still well within the normal range. But definitely speak to your doctor. They will put your mind at ease if there are no concerns. I😊
