When you pump how many ounces do you get a day or how much do you get after a pumping session?
And how many times a day do you pump ?
I want to build a stash, I’m 7 weeks pp. I get so little milk out when I pump after nursing, it’s upsetting .. I usually only nurse on one side. And baby eats every 2 hours
