IUD and menstrual discs?
Apparently you shouldn’t use a menstrual disc with an IUD because you could dislodge your IUD? Anyone have this issue? I bought discs excited to ditch my pads and tampons for good, but the pamphlet on the inside of the box said to not used them if you do have an IUD. Kinda annoyed, not gonna lie. 😒
