Painful lesion on the fold of my clit.

I haven’t been sexually active for months and only have had two sexual partners in my lifetime. Within the past few days, I have received a painful sore on the fold of my clit. I went to my local drug store and I tested for a uti and yeast infection, yeast infection came up negative and uti came up positive. But I didn’t receive any sort of symptoms of a uti. I see that it is raw on that fold and the rest of the fold surrounding it is white. Could this be from the uti or is it something worse? I currently don’t have a go to gynecologist, should I go to a urgent care will they be able to treat this?
