When can I take this off? Just got Nexplanon

I just got Nexplanon inserted this morning (12hrs ago). When can I take the green bandaging off? I know I am supposed to wait a few days to take off the surgical strips, but is it okay to take off the main bandage now? It's quite tight on my arm.
I know you'll say ask your doctor I just forgot what she had said about the bandaging, I can only remember when the surgical strips come off.

I was told to keep the bandage on 24 hours because when it was inserted I was bleeding quite a bit and the reason it’s so tight is that it’s a pressure bandage so the tightness will reduce the bruising significantly! I only had the tiniest red bruise when I took it all off!

My Dr told me (when I got mine in and when I had it removed) to keep it on for a day because I’m a “bleeder” but your supper to keep it on for 12 hours I’d take it off😂
