I don’t wear makeup often but I tried

I tried to do a galaxy look here, its kinda hard to see on this picture. But when I tried to use eye liner I messed up, like when I tested on my wrist it worked when on my face not so much. I just kinda want opinions and tips. Please no hate tho!
