Am I aloud to be disappointed?

I know there are so many people out there that would give a lot to have the amount I have, but I still can’t help but not like my nursery!
By partner wanted me to use furniture we already owned... and I actually really do not like how it looks..

Of course you’re allowed to be disappointed! Maybe you could modify the things you’re using to make them a bit prettier? Like painting the dresser the same colour as the cot for example... and then buying some little extra bits to tie everything in together?

This dresser was a wreck when I got it, but the bones were good and the materials were solid wood, dovetailed, etc. for all of the supplies it was 70ish bucks for everything. Elbow grease can make your nursery what you want and fit in a budget.

I have been seeing a lot of nurseries on nurture , what u can suggest u is to paint the dresser white . Buy some painting or interesting wall hanging. U can buy your baby’s name or u can make it by yourself . Adjust some shelves and set the toys . It will definitely add the character to your nursery which is missing. 
P.s i am not a pro just a suggestion, i hope it would be helpful for you .

This is mine !! I put my crib in the closet because it a small room !! I still have some organization to do but not much !! And then I have a shelf to put above the change table !!

There’s a lot you can do! Paint the dresser and add some fun drawer pulls, get a colorful area rug and some framed prints on the walls, it will be great!

Same😢we have a white crib and a black dresser thing. The black thing doesn’t go with anything and it bothers me to the point I want something new.
