Holes in gum line!

Ok so I need help. I have an appointment scheduled with my dentist tomorrow but I’m so paranoid now!

I have a small hole in my gum line right above my tooth and another hole forming on the opposite side same tooth.

I know it’s hard to see but I promise it’s there! It doesn’t hurt and there is no bleeding either so I’m confused!

I have never had a cavity nor any dental problems my whole life I love going to the dentist and love cleaning my teeth. I’m weird I know haha. Is this a gum disease or something of the sorts? I’m so scared I did something wrong! I brush am/pm and floss and use mouthwash and always go to the dentist every 6 months. I don’t eat much that’s acidic other than coffee but I started drinking coffee every morning only about 6 months ago so I’m guessing that could be the problem as I drink a lot of it each morning. Help!!
