Spotting 5 days before period.
I had some light pink/brown spotting 5 days before my period is due accompanied by bad period pain. I spotted very lightly for the day but it disappeared shortly after. I have 3 days until my period and have none of my usual symptoms except intense hunger. I thought it was my period but obviously not. Does anyone know what it could be?
