Helpp! Question!

June 11th I started bleeding a little bit, and it went back in forth to light bleeding to a good bit. I started this period a week before my usual period. It lasted about 5/6 days. After that I got this brown discharge stuff along with light pink spotting. Right after this bleeding stopped, i got super cramps and during the bleeding I didn’t even have much of cramping. Afterwards I did along with tender breast, nausea even been sick a couple times, pee more often, headaches, acne that i never get, back pains. Everything, but I got a negative pregnancy test. Could I be pregnant? Just too early to tell? Or what? I need help! Please and thank you!❤️
