Lo is almost a month old and so far breastfeeding was going great until yesterday. She has been extremely fussy (even on the breast w milk) and I’m afraid I have an oversupply (yesterday I felt so engorged, no matter how many times I pumped). I know she is being fed as she is gaining about 1 oz a day and is at her birth weight. Im not sure what to do. Should I pump after feeding her? Or just express enough so I don’t feel fully engorged until next feeding ? This constant pain is so frustrating and I can’t wait to get on a normal schedule 😩🙏🏼☹️
