Anybody constantly sick even with medication??

I literally can’t eat anything.. I had been taking Diclegis 10mg but it stopped working and now that I’m not taking it, I have thrown up 3 times today. Any and everything makes me sick.. I have 2 boys that I probably threw up 2-3 times with. I e been sick with this baby since about 5 weeks and I’m entering my 10th week Friday. I have never felt so miserable in my life. I try the over the counter medication but it doesn’t work. I’ve tried mint gum, minty toothpaste, ginger ale, sprite, Pepsi, and it all just gives me a 5-10 minute fix. I’m literally miserable to the point where I don’t even want to be pregnant anymore. It’s really that bad. I’ve went to the ER before about it and that’s how I got the Diclegis but what do I do when that doesn’t even work?

Also could this mean it could be a girl this time?
