Did you experience sensitive nipples while nursing and pregnant?

If yes, please comment with how many weeks you were when your started to be more sensitive to nursing while pregnant.

It was uncomfortable starting about 6-8 weeks and just got worse from there! I ended up weening around 28 weeks when my older son was 20 months because the pain was making my skin crawl when he would latch on. 😩 I really wanted to make it to 2 years BF him but my body had other plans...

My nipples became extremely sensitive during pregnancy. It was actually my first symptom. It went away once baby was born and I had no issues or sensitivities breast feeding.

currently 13 weeks pregnant and nursing an 11 month old.
I've been pretty sore (like chapped or bruised...but I'm not at all).
Hoping to be able to nurse as long as possible... I'm pretty stubborn so it will be my progesterone rising and dwindling my supply that might cause us to stop nursing, not the discomfort.... *paranoid my supply will run out!)
but, Baby Boy really needs to stop biting! My first two stopped as soon as I "corrected" them with a firm NO NO and removing them for 5 minutes.

Do you mean having sensitivity during nursing WHILE pregnant? I nursed my daughter until maybe 10 weeks pregnant with my second. I didn't have any breast pain during the first trimester with either of my pregnancies but I was so uncomfortable nursing her. It was almost like an irritation to me so we weaned quickly (I was planning to wean at 2 years and she weaned about 1 week before then).

I cried every single time during day feeding, night I was too tired, but my daughter had an intense latch. I did everything correct and it still hurt too much, I even bled. I dont have sensitive nipples at all and she made it hurt. Pumping didnt hurt though
