Anyone else get foot cramps?

I’ve had them slightly here and there but nothing bad. I’ve had a few Charlie horses and those suck! But today, I got a really bad foot cramp and my toes felt tight so I looked down and saw that two of my toes were stuck sideways towards my big toe. WTF???

The second picture is about 10 minutes after the cramp and my toes looking normal.

I’ve blurred the pictures so people don’t gotta look at my foot as they’re scrolling!
Also, I’m 24 weeks and the Charlie horses probably started a couple of weeks ago.

I've always had foot cramps, which is why I absolutely hate foot massages cuz those could start it!!!! But only when I am pregnant do I get CALF cramps and those hurt like a motherfcker.

i had the worst crams during pregnancy! its quite easy getting the foot cramps away! you need to tippy toe lol

and the cramps in my calf muscles were absolutely painful! they would only come when i was asleep 😖 and the only way i could get rid of those ones, was to stand up and put pressure on my feet 😑 not the greatest when your in a deep sleep

I’ve gotten horrible foot cramps my whole life. Soaking my feet in warm water helps the muscles relax.

I had a terrible side-of-leg cramp last week. My husband gave me a Hot Shot, which is a sports cramp fixing drink. It was kind of gross, but it did help...
